Amir’s breadth of experience is unique, having been in charge of large complex projects from inception through to delivery in the highly regulated wagering and gaming sectors.
During his time working with William Hill, Amir led a large team of developers and delivered features used by tens of thousands of gamblers every day.
Pouria’s experience leading and working with development teams in tightly regulated spaces is extensive. His interfaces are used by millions of users globally, and he is keenly aware of the intricacies of building engaging and efficient software in the wagering and gaming sectors - both direct to consumer and business to business.
Pouria has worked directly, and extensively, with our Chief Technology Officer. This translates to a synergy within the development team that is seldom achieved in the market.
Mina is the type of UX designer that has been in charge of designing experiences end-to-end, from the very beginning of the ideation process through to iterating the UX once it is live. This type of experience in the field, and within the wagering and gaming sectors, is highly unusual.
Mina has led the UX and UI research, design and implementation for multi-year digital projects, most recently for products and services under the Waterhouse brand - such as mobile apps, websites and backends.
The synergies between Mina and the development team are unmatched, having worked together for years and through many challenging projects.
Mina is a "through and through" creative thinker and designer. She's deeply interested in people and designing the world around them. In her spare time, she designs and creates ceramics. Mina applies design-thinking to everything she does.
